Our wrap around provision is referenced by our Ofsted Reference 148713 and is available from 07:45 am until 17:30 pm bookable via the Arbor App. We have a maximum number per day and sessions are booked on a first come first served basis up to the cut off for the session. If you are unable to select a session this means that day is full and we are unable to accept any more children.

We do accept payments from Tax Free Childcare (further info here.)
Basically the process works by you paying money from your personal bank account into TFC. You must then select our school from a list within your TFC account to make the payment to us. Please note that we cannot see deposits you have made into your TFC account as that account is effectively an individual government savings account you need to use in order to collect the top up. We can only see payments you have made from TFC to Horncastle Primary School (Ofsted Reference 148713).
We need 3 items of information to enable us to trace your payment to us:
* Your child’s TFC reference number; usually made up of 4 letters (inital of first name & first 3 letters of surname) & 5 numbers then TFC eg AJON12345TFC
* the date you made the payment from TFC to us
* the total amount of the payment
We have set up a google form below to make it easier to ensure that all the correct information is included and enable us to add the payment to the relevant pot in Arbor for you to be able to make payments against it.
